The C. A. House Music Loyalty Program ("Program") is open to individuals only. Businesses, schools, or organizations are not eligible to participate. To join the Program, individuals must provide a valid email address and cell phone number during sign-up and keep their contact information current with C. A. House Music.
Enrollment in the Program is free. Customers can sign up by visiting any C. A. House Music location.
Customers will earn 2% back in store credit on every eligible purchase. Points are calculated on the pre-tax amount and exclude shipping costs. The following items do not accrue loyalty points: rental payments, lessons, and repairs.
Points can be redeemed during any transaction with a C. A. House Music employee. There is no minimum purchase required to redeem points. However, customers may not use their loyalty points on the same day they are earned.
Points earned under the Program will expire 90 days from the date of issuance.
Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with another individual’s account. However, if an account duplication occurs, customers may request to combine their points. Points will be deducted if an item is returned.
There are no specific exclusions for earning points or redeeming store credit beyond the restrictions outlined above.
Customers can inquire about their points balance by contacting C. A. House Music via phone, email, or in person. Periodic emails may be sent to customers regarding their points balance or program updates.
C. A. House Music reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes or termination of the Program via email.
C. A. House Music may terminate a customer’s participation in the Program if they violate the terms and conditions. Upon termination, all points will be forfeited.
C. A. House Music will use the personal information provided for the Program for marketing purposes but will not share it with third parties.
Membership in the Program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which C. A. House Music may update periodically. Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms regularly.
