The defining feature of this model is its "Foto Flame" finish—a specialized photographic film layer developed to mimic high-end figured wood, applied precisely to the instrument and sealed under a glossy clear coat. The back of the neck often features the distinctive grain pattern affectionately known by collectors as the "Hamburglar" grain.

A Note on Vintage Condition
This is a used vintage instrument from our inventory. This particular guitar is in generally good condition, but features two fine finish cracks on either side of the neck heel. These lines are fine in nature, entirely cosmetic, and do not affect the structural integrity of the joint. As with any guitar of this age, it may exhibit typical cosmetic wear, light scratches, or minor finish checking consistent with normal ownership and use. This vintage 1990s Fender Foto Flame Telecaster shows honest wear consistent with its age and years of use. The guitar features two fine finish cracks on either side of the heel; our in-house technicians have thoroughly evaluated these and confirmed that they are isolated to the finish, fine in nature, and the guitar is completely structurally sound in its current condition.
