This Fender Player Jaguar is in Very Good condition. The guitar is fully functional and will go through a full tech set up prior to shipping. It has a Finish crack at heel, small dents on headstock, minor play wear. Please review the photos carefully for full condition.

A Pickup Configuration Built for Versatility
Where the Player Jaguar really sets itself apart is under the hood. The neck position features a Player Series Alnico 2 single-coil Jaguar pickup — articulate, clear, and classically Fender. At the bridge sits a Player Series Alnico 3 humbucking pickup that broadens the tonal palette considerably, delivering a fuller, warmer voice that cleans up beautifully or takes dirt with ease.
The bridge humbucker also wires through a coil-split slide switch, so you're not locked into one voice — flip it and you get back to a leaner, more traditional single-coil bridge tone. A 3-position blade selector, master volume, and master tone round out the controls and keep things simple and intuitive. It's a well-thought-out pickup arrangement for a player who wants options without complexity.
Neck, Fingerboard, and Feel
The maple neck carries a Modern "C" profile — comfortable and familiar for most players, not too chunky, not too flat. The back of the neck wears a satin urethane finish, so your hand moves freely without any sticky resistance, while the headstock face gets a gloss urethane treatment. The pau ferro fingerboard is smooth and dense, with a 9.5" radius that strikes the right balance between vintage roundness and modern playability.
Twenty-two medium jumbo frets give you enough height for clean bending and expressive lead work, while the 1.650" synthetic bone nut keeps things in tune. The 6-saddle vintage-style bridge pairs with the floating tremolo tailpiece for that classic Jaguar shimmer and quaver — and you can lock it down when you need rock-solid intonation. Hardware throughout is nickel/chrome.
