This Jay Turser JT-50 is in Fair condition. The guitar is fully functional and will go through a full tech set up prior to shipping. It has a Dents noted on headstock, back, front, bottom, neck and side, fine pick scratches noted, minor buckle rash. Please review the photos carefully for full condition.
A Solid Body Built for the Double-Cutaway Feel
The JT-50 features a double-cutaway solidbody construction — the same basic geometry that makes SG-style guitars so beloved for upper-fret reach. The body is built from basswood/alder, keeping the overall weight manageable while still delivering a solid, resonant platform for the electronics.
The set-in maple neck is a notable feature at this price point. A glued neck joint tends to offer better sustain and a tighter neck-to-body connection than a bolt-on, and you can feel that stability when you're playing up the neck. The rosewood fingerboard carries dot inlays throughout its 22 frets, with a 24.75" scale length — the classic short-scale feel that makes chord playing a little more relaxed on the hands.
