The American Plating & Manufacturing 514TG is a two-piece marching lyre built specifically for tenor trombone. It clamps onto the mouthpiece receiver and features a movable head that slides along the shaft, so you can dial in exactly the right reading distance without taking anything apart. The two-piece design also makes it easy to remove and stow when it's not needed.
This lyre fits small and medium bore tenor trombones with a 9/16" inside-diameter receiver ring, and comes in a brass (gold) finish. APM has been making instrument accessories in Chicago since 1902, and their lyres are a familiar sight in marching bands across the country.
