The Traditional's defining characteristic is its combination of a very thin tip with a solid vertebral column. The thin tip maximizes vibration at the point where the reed flexes most, while the denser spine provides stability and control. Each reed in this pack is individually sealed in Vandoren's Flow Pack to protect against humidity changes and keep the reed in factory-fresh condition until you're ready to play. The cane itself is grown in Vandoren's own fields in the south of France.
