The nickel-plated wrap wire is wound over that core using re-engineered core-to-wrap ratios, which gives this set a noticeably balanced feel across all four strings.
These strings fit long-scale basses with a scale length up to 36.25", making them compatible with the vast majority of 4-string electric basses.
