The hex core, combined with D'Addario's fusion twist process at the string end, contributes to improved tuning stability. The reformulated nickel wrap wire also gives these strings enhanced midrange frequency response compared to standard nickel wound strings. All NYXL strings are made in the USA at D'Addario's own facility.
