ChopSaver Original Lip Balm for Musicians

If you play a brass or woodwind instrument, your lips take a real beating. ChopSaver Original is a 100% natural lip balm created specifically for musicians by Dan Gosling, a professional trumpet player who wanted something better than what was on the market. It addresses the day-to-day wear that comes with regular practice and performance — dryness, fatigue, chapping, and soreness — without any petroleum, alcohol, camphor, menthol, or chemical preservatives.

The formula centers on a blend of seven herbal extracts — aloe, arnica, calendula, comfrey, white willow, ginger, and raspberry leaf — known for their natural anti-inflammatory and healing properties. These are combined with moisturizers like shea butter, mango butter, avocado oil, and castor oil. The scent is a light, refreshing blend of four citrus essential oils. ChopSaver is also gluten-free and cruelty-free, with no animal fats used in the formula. It works well for brass players (trumpet, trombone, tuba, French horn) and woodwind players alike (saxophone, flute, and others).
