It attaches to the right, top side of the bass drum and is built to last. D.E.G. has been making marching accessories for a long time, and this lyre reflects that — it's a no-fuss piece of kit that holds up through full marching season.
The lyre is manufactured from tough ABS plastic and reinforced at stress areas. A spring-loaded Wind Clip holds the windows for easy flipping, and it comes supplied with five clear plastic windows and two plastic rings. Additional windows (#69110) are available for purchase separately if you need extras down the road.
