A "B-Stock Guitar" is a guitar that won't have structural or playability issues but could possibly have some particular minor cosmetic flaw which can keep it from passing the rigorous inspection process put in place by the guitar manufacturer. These guitars do not come with manufacture warranty.

we will have our licensed tech go over the guitar and set it up for you. we noticed fine finish scratches what appear to be from normal play. These do not show up on the photos due to their fine nature and can only be really seen when the light hits the guitar right. that's not to say its the only defect that could have caused it to be a b-stock but the only imperfection we identified when inspecting the guitar.
