Shipping Information

Can I pick up my items at one of C. A. House Music's retail locations?

Yes! Please call ahead for this option.

What are my shipping options?

We offer in-store pickup, Fed Ex Priority, Fed Ex 2nd Day, Fed Ex Express Saver, Fed Ex Home Delivery, as well as standard Fed Ex Ground Service. Over-sized items may need to ship via truck. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Small items that are under 1 pound may be shipped by fist class mail. We will adjust shipping costs to save you money and notify you immediately of the change.

What 1-Day and 2-Day Shipping Mean

Selecting either 1-day or 2-day shipping is a speedy way to get your order to you; however, it doesn't mean you will receive your order in one or two days. We estimate delivery dates at checkout, taking both item availability and shipping time into consideration. At the “Place Your Order” page (during Checkout), you will see the estimated delivery date range for your order.

Please keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for 1- or 2-day shipping. So it is possible that an order ready to ship at the end of the day Friday via 1-day shipping may not be processed by the carrier until Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

For certain orders over $400 shipping, a signature will be required upon delivery.

Does C. A. House Music ship internationally?

We cannot ship internationally, nor do we ship to U.S. Protectorates, Guam or the Virgin Islands.

When will my order ship?

Most order placed during business hours will ship the same day provided your order is received before our scheduled pickup. As a security precaution, initial orders, and orders shipping to alternate addresses may be held for extended verification.
